About Anolis fraseri Günther, 1859

A. fraseri, or Anolis fraseri, is large for its genus. It can reach a snout-to-vent length of 11 cm (4.3 in), with an additional tail length of 27 cm (11 in). It has long legs, particularly the hind legs. This species is native to Colombia and Ecuador. Its preferred natural habitat is forest, at altitudes ranging from 400 m to 1,700 m (1,300 ft to 5,600 ft). A. fraseri reproduces through oviparity, meaning it lays eggs.
