Aneilema biflorum R.Br. is a perennial herb belonging to the Commelinaceae family. This ground-covering plant reaches a height of 20 cm, and grows in moist, shaded locations, often near streams in eastern Australia. Its white flowers bloom between December and March. The plant produces wrinkled, flattened fruit that is 4 mm long, and contains pale grey seeds.
