Ancylosis cinnamomella is a species of snout moth belonging to the genus Ancylosis. It was first described by Philogène Auguste Joseph Duponchel in 1836. This moth species can be found in most parts of Europe. Its wingspan measures approximately 26 millimeters. The species produces two generations per year, with adult moths active on the wing between April and June, and again between July and September. The larvae of Ancylosis cinnamomella feed on Sedum acre, Artemisia campestris, and species in the genus Globularia. They feed from within a protective silk spinning they create.
