Amoria zebra (Leach, 1814) is a species of marine sea snail. The shell of this species reaches a length between 25 mm and 55 mm. The shells are solid and glazed, with a short spire. The whorls are typically smooth and glossy. The white columella has four strong plaits, while the outer lip is thickened and smooth. Shell pattern, including color and the density of axial lines, varies quite a bit between individuals. The shell background color ranges from white to fawn to mid-brown, and most individuals have brown axial lines. This marine species is found in the ocean area from North Australia to New South Wales. These sea snails inhabit intertidal waters with sandy substrate, at depths between 5 and 55 meters.
