Amata caspia is a species of moth belonging to the subfamily Arctiinae. It was first formally described by Otto Staudinger in 1877. This moth species is distributed in south-western Russia, the southern Ural Mountains, the Caucasus, Transcaspia, Kazakhstan, and Turkey. The wingspan of Amata caspia ranges from 19 to 28 millimeters. Adult moths of this species have been recorded flying during June and July.
