About Allium ericetorum Thore
Allium ericetorum Thore is a species of flowering plant in the Allium genus. This species is widespread across much of southern and central Europe, ranging from Portugal east to Ukraine. It is a perennial herb that grows from a bulb. Its scape reaches up to 50 centimeters in height and is round in cross-section. It produces a hemispherical umbel holding 15 to 45 bell-shaped white flowers. The stamens of this species are longer than the tepals, and they carry brown anthers. The ovary is green.
