Albuna fraxini, commonly called the Virginia creeper clearwing, is a moth species that belongs to the family Sesiidae. This species is recorded from the northern United States and southern Canada. The adult moth has a wingspan of approximately 18 millimeters. Adult moths are active in flight from June through August. Adults typically have a lifespan of only one week. Immediately after emerging from pupae, females release pheromones to attract potential mates. The larval stage of Albuna fraxini feeds on Virginia creeper, white ash, red ash, green ash, and European ash; they may also feed on mountain-ash occasionally.
