About Albuca longipes Baker

Albuca longipes Baker has erect, deeply channeled leaves. The leaves often dry out during dry Spring and Summer, which is when this species produces flowers. Its flowers are white with thick darker central stripes. Similar to the flowers of Albuca setosa, the flowers of Albuca longipes are held upright rather than drooping. This species blooms in late Spring.
