Agriocnemis femina, commonly known as the variable wisp or pinhead wisp, is a species of damselfly belonging to the family Coenagrionidae. This is a small species of damselfly. Mature males of the species have white pruinescence covering their body, and a dark tail. Its range extends from India, through Southeast Asia, to islands in the Pacific. Within this range, it inhabits pools and stagnant bodies of water.
