Agonopterix canadensis, commonly known as the Canadian agonopterix, is a moth species that belongs to the family Depressariidae. This moth occurs from the northeastern United States and southern Canada, extending south through the Rocky Mountains to Colorado, the Basin Range, and the mountains of central California and Nevada. The forewings of the moth measure between 8.5 and 10.5 mm in length. The larvae of Agonopterix canadensis feed on plant species belonging to the Senecio genus, including Senecio serra.
