Aglaosoma variegata, commonly called the patterned notodontid, is a moth species belonging to the family Notodontidae. This species was first formally described by Francis Walker in 1855. It is found in the Australian states of New South Wales, Queensland, and Victoria. Adult individuals have forewings marked with a distinct striking pattern made up of cream and dark brown coloring. Their hindwings are cream-colored, with brown spots running along the outer margin. The larvae of this species feed on a range of different plants, including Acacia longifolia and Banksia ericifolia.
