Agave toumeyana Trel. is a plant species that is endemic to central Arizona. This species grows in dense clumps made up of rosettes, and the clumps rarely reach more than 50 centimeters in height. Its flowering stalks can grow up to 3 meters tall, and these stalks produce greenish-white flowers. The species was named to honor James W. Toumey.
