Aethes biscana, commonly called the reddish aethes, is a moth species belonging to the family Tortricidae. This species is native to North America, with confirmed records across Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Brunswick, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Ontario, Pennsylvania, Quebec, South Carolina, and Vermont. Adults have a wingspan ranging from 15 to 23 millimetres, which is 0.59 to 0.91 inches. Their forewings are light brown, marked with multiple darker lines and darker markings. Their hindwings are a shining shade of grey. Adult Aethes biscana have been observed in flight from February through December, with the flight window varying based on the location the species inhabits.
