About Aegithalos glaucogularis (Moore, 1855)

Aegithalos glaucogularis, commonly known as the silver-throated bushtit or silver-throated tit, is a species of passerine bird belonging to the family Aegithalidae. This species is widespread across temperate forests in Central China, East China, and parts of North China and Western China. Its native habitats are mainly located along the middle and lower Yangtze River basins and the middle and lower Yellow River basins. There is also a small southwestern extension of its habitat in Yunnan, along the Lancang valley within the Hengduan Mountains. Two subspecies of this bird are currently recognized.
