Acronicta lithospila, commonly known as the streaked dagger moth, is a moth species in the Noctuidae family. It was first described by Augustus Radcliffe Grote in 1874. This species occurs in Canada, specifically in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Quebec, and Ontario, as well as in the United States, where it has been recorded in Georgia, Maryland, and Oklahoma. The wingspan of adult streaked dagger moths is approximately 35 millimeters. Depending on their location, adult moths are active in flight from June through August. The larvae of this species feed on hickory, oak, and chestnut.
