Acrolophus panamae, commonly known as the Panama grass tubeworm moth, is a moth species belonging to the family Acrolophidae. This species was first described by August Busck in 1914. It is distributed in North America, where it has been recorded in the U.S. states of Alabama, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, Mississippi, New Jersey, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. This moth has a wingspan of approximately 15 millimeters. Adult individuals have been observed in flight from June to July.
