Acrolophus mora, commonly known as the dark acrolophus, is a species of moth belonging to the family Acrolophidae. This species was described by Augustus Radcliffe Grote in 1881. It is distributed across North America, with recorded occurrences in Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Quebec, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia. Males of this species have a wingspan of approximately 20 mm, while females have a wingspan of approximately 26 mm.
