Acoloithus falsarius, commonly known as Clemens' false skeletonizer, is a moth species belonging to the zygaenid subfamily Procridinae. It is the type species of the genus Acoloithus, and has been assigned Hodges number 4629. This species is found in North America. The species name and authority citation Acoloithus falsarius Clemens, 1861 was given when it was described by James Brackenridge Clemens in 1860. The larvae of A. falsarius feed on plants from the Vitis and Ampelopsis genera.
