Acleris ptychogrammos is a moth species belonging to the family Tortricidae. This species is native to North America, and it has been specifically recorded in the following locations: Alabama, British Columbia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maine, Manitoba, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Ontario, West Virginia, and Wisconsin. The wingspan of adult individuals is approximately 15 millimeters. In the southern parts of its range, adult Acleris ptychogrammos can be observed in flight throughout almost the entire year. The larvae of this moth species feed on Cornus sericea.
