About Acanthocercus adramitanus (Anderson, 1896)
Acanthocercus adramitanus (Anderson, 1896) can reach a snout-to-vent length (SVL) of 15 centimeters (5.9 inches). Its tail is long, measuring roughly twice the length of its snout-to-vent length. Females of this species are slightly smaller than males. Females may have a bluish coloration, while males may be an intense blue. This species is found in Oman, Saudi Arabia, and Yemen. Its preferred natural habitat is rocky areas, located at altitudes of 2,000 meters (6,600 feet) or lower. Acanthocercus adramitanus reproduces by laying eggs, meaning it is oviparous.
