The black-faced warbler, with the scientific name Abroscopus schisticeps, is a species of bush warbler in the family Cettiidae. It was previously classified as part of the grouped "Old World warbler" assemblage. This species is distributed across Bhutan, China, India, Myanmar, Nepal, and Vietnam. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forest, subtropical or tropical moist montane forest, and scrub. It occurs at altitudes between 1,500 and 2,700 m, and occasionally descends as low as 600 m. It is a non-migratory species.
