Abantiades argyrosticha is a moth species that belongs to the family Hepialidae. It was originally described by Alfred Jefferis Turner in 1929 under the name Trictena argyrosticha. This species is endemic to New South Wales and Queensland. Adults have a wingspan of approximately 100 mm. Its larvae live underground and feed on the roots of various tree species, including Casuarina and Eucalyptus.
